When a new member joins Coast Guard, once your membership application is approved and your information has been entered into our National Database the system will automatically send you a Welcome/New Member Email to your personal email address as provided when you joined.
This email contains:
- Your new Coast Guard Username typically this is firstname.lastname@coastguard.com.au
- A Temporary Google Password
- Instructions to Activate your Account
This email will only be sent once. If you miss, or delete this email you will have to perform an account recovery. You can find more information regarding account recovery and password reset by clicking here.
