If you have forgotten or lost your password to your Coast Guard Google Account, National IT are not able to provide you with a new password - you will be required to use the Google Account Recovery and/or Password Reset Feature.

To do this, please visit https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery a new password will be emailed to your personal email address as recorded on the database or a verification code will be sent to your mobile number via SMS.

If you are unsure of your details currently on the database you will need to discuss with your Flotilla Administration Officer.

Please ensure your password complies with our minimum password requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 characters long.
  • Require at least 1 upper case letter.
  • Require at least 1 number.
  • Special characters such as !@#$% are not required but are advised.

If you receive a 'Contact Administrator' error, please respond to this ticket and we can provide further assistance.
