Coast Guard email addresses, those ending in @coastguard.com.au, are managed by National IT.
All members are provided with an active Coast Guard email address via Google G Mail once their membership is approved and account automatically created.
Your Coast Guard email address is also your Coast Guard Username.

Our National Administration By Laws REQUIRE that members holding the rank of Section Officer or above use a Coast Guard email account for all Coast Guard business. They also state that no member shall include any Coast Guard logo, branding or wording in any email sent from their personal email account(s) and that no email sent from a personal email account may imply to the recipient(s) that the email was sent from or on behalf of Coast Guard.
